Students must complete a Student Enrollment Application Form. Incomplete applications will not be processed. A one hundred & fifty dollar ($150.00) non-refundable registration fee is required.

Applications and entrance exams, with fees, will be forwarded to the Admission’s office for review. Applicants are responsible for knowing financial and academic requirements.
